Aluminium Profile

Glazing
Ace Win Glaze Systems windows are flexible to occupy glass thickness of 5 mm (single) to 25 mm (DGU) with combination of different forms of EPDM Gasket & beading. Double Glaze glass further improves insulation & sound reduction. Combination of various Glass pattern & colour with different coating can give more apprehensive look to yours interiors.

Colour
The aliminium profile used by us are of uniform coloring thickness, anti-ultraviolet and acid rain proof ness without colour difference.

Powder Coating:
Wide range of choice of colours as per International Standards (RAL code) for ever changing demand of consumers taste.

PVDF Coating:
Extremely weather resistant against fading and ultraviolet degradation, Very durable, Easy to maintain, Available in a wide range of colours & comes with a company warranty & AAMA 2605 standards

Coloured Anodized:
Natural anodized finish is available in normal film thickness of 10, 15, 20 and 25 microns. Colours is available in Natural Sliver, Champagne Bronze (Light Bronze), Classic Bronze (Medium Bronze), Exotic Bronze (Dark Bronze), Chocolate Brown & Dark Brown and Absolute Black (Black Anodized) in normal film thickness of 10 to 25 microns.

Wood Finish:
Customized Natural finish (wood/veneer/laminate effect) as per your specimen to give more apprehensive interior look.

Accessories:
Ace Win Glaze Systems windows accessories comes with its individual set such as (Locks, hinges, Barings, EPDM gaskets stainless steel screws, corner joints, silicone treated weather strip with fibre glass fin) that can’t be modified or altered.

• The finished windows are dispatched to your site on appointed date, ready for installation.
• Ace Win Glaze Systems uses silicone sealant to seal all gaps between the walls and windows for better insulation.
• Final inspection & handover of site authorized person.
